Surgeries are performed much the same way as in a human hospital with sterile technique, gas anesthesia with oxygen, and monitoring of vital signs such as ekg, oxygen levels, blood pressure and pulse rate.

Boarding/Hospitalized Patient Area
This area is air-conditioned and heated and has cages for smaller pets and larger runs for the big dogs.

Outside Runs
This area is used for the day so the dogs can get some fresh air. There is also a fenced-in grassy area where the dogs can be taken out for some exercise.

Diagnostics Laboratory
This area is where blood work and other diagnostic tests are performed. We have a full laboratory where we perform cbc's, blood chemistries thyroid tests, etc. We also can perform bacterial and fungal cultures.
